The service

A team of fully trained Mercedes-Benz technicians supports our impressive fully equipped eight bay service department with expert knowledge from every era of Mercedes-Benz from 1935 to the current day.

Indeed, recent changes in European legislation concerning block exemption now allows John Haynes Auto Technics to undertake servicing and maintenance to any Mercedes-Benz while still within its warranty period.

We have invested in the latest Mercedes-Benz Star Diagnostic equipment and can therefore offer a genuine alternative to the Mercedes-Benz main agent. Our key, as always, is to provide a high quality service to our customers and offer good value for money in a more relaxed and friendly environment. Our service department only fits genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.

We offer a collection and delivery service and Mercedes-Benz courtesy cars are available subject to conditions.
